VAS(Value Added Service):增值服务:是根据客户保修范围外的个性化服务需要,由服务商直接提供的软件服务、查杀毒、系统升级、数据恢复、二级维修、培训、清洁保养、巡检等服务项目，由客户支付费用。
VSR（Value Added Reseller）：是为了满足客户对硬件升级、耗材供应、周边设备的需要所提供的增值商品代理销售，客户支付费用。 |
| The Value Added Service & Value Added Reseller, call the VAS\ VSR as following. |
VAS (the Value Added Service): Directly provide the software support service, antivirus, system upgrading, data recovery, second class maintaining, training, cleaning, and infrastructure check, etc according to the users customized service demand which is beyond repair guarantee. And from all these items, customers need to pay the expenses.
VSR (the Value Added Reseller): Providing value-added product agency service, to meet customer's demand of hardware upgrading, office consumable supplying, requirement of accessories. Customer will pay for the expenses. |
